At J and M Complete Automotive we are proud of the technicians that will be repairing your vehicle. Our least experienced technician has over 18 years of experience and our older professional has over 35 years of experience. All of our Techs are ASE Certified and most have ASE Master Certification which means they are experienced, well trained and care about our customers. Jack Hill: Owner
Jack was born and raised in Pleasant Hope, Mo. Since he was raised on a farm, working hard was learned at an early age. Things with motors always fascinated him, more so than things with legs and horns. He began his career in the automotive world washing the vehicles that belonged to his father. His dad was always looking for ideas to keep Jack busy, so that was a blessing. His high school days were spent trying to add a little excitement to the daily routine. Teachers and students alike remember him as very inventive, even if it wasn’t on the schedule that day. He has always lived around the Springfield area and always enjoyed seeing how fast he could make his car run. People started to come to him and to ask him to repair their cars. Jack has always studied very hard to become better at what he does best and likes to do most. Jack and Maetta got together and joined 2 families to become one big happy family. They have 5 boys and 1 daughter, 14 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. They attend James River Assembly, along with the other 5,000 people. Their main focus is to be the best Christians they can, to cause each Customer to feel well taken care of and have no fears while doing business at J & M Complete Automotive.

Kevin Ruble: Service Manager
Kevin has been in the automotive field for over 16 years where his father, Kenneth Ruble was a big influence. He started as a lube technician at a local Springfield dealership and then became involved as a parts counterman for several years. Now I really enjoy being a Service Manager for J & M Complete Automotive. While working at J & M, Kevin is pursuing his degree with The Automotive Management Institute. Kevin was born in Lebanon, Missouri, spent 14 years in Kansas City, Missouri before moving to Springfield in 1981 where he graduated from Central High School. Kevin is married to Lynette and has 3 wonderful children (Kevin, Keith & Shawna). In addition to work Kevin is active in church, enjoys camping and spending time with his wife and kids.

Ronnie Dugan: Service Advisor (ASE Master Tech)
Ronnie has been in the Automotive Field for over 30 years. He started his career at a new car dealership in the summer of 1976, and continued working in the new car service industry until 1980. Ron then went into the retail after-market service business were he was involved with front-end and brake alignments; along with electrical repair and drivability. In 1984 he became involved with the Independent repair shop field where he has been working for the past 25 years. Ronnie has been a Master ASE Technician for over 10 years and has his Advanced Drivability L1 Certification. In his spare time Ronnie and Judy enjoy driving their classic cars and traveling. They both also enjoy riding their horses. He has know Jack for almost 20 years and is very happy to be a part of the J&M Complete Automotive Team, where quality and customer satisfaction are his number 1 goal.

Thomas Perkins: ASE Master Technician & L1 Engine Performance
Tom has been in this industry for more than 20 years. He lives in Springfield and has a 2 year old daughter and a wonderful family. Tom really enjoys tackling tough automotive issues that challenges his background and knowledge. He is an ASE Certified Master-tech with an L1 advanced drivability certification and X1 under car specialist. He is also an member of IATN (International Automotive Technicians Network) which is home to 49,000 automotive techs worldwide, and an LTS GURU graduate and GURU 2 graduate in advanced fuel injection systems and diagnostics. Tom plans on continuing his education while he works at J & M. Tom says that "working for Jack and Maetta Hill is more like joining a family, because they make me feel like a family member. They really treat all their employees and customers like family."

Richard Keltner: ASE Master Technician
Richard's automotive career is something of which he is very proud and he foresees continued success. He feels the industry has changed a great deal in the past 34 years. Richard is a graduate of USTS Auto Body of Kansas City, Missouri (1967) as well as; Unitec Auto Mechanics in Springfield (1971) for his career preparation. He specializes in wheel alignment, suspension and brake systems, while continuing to maintain his ASE Master technician certification. Richard has been married to Cheryl for 35 years and they and their children and grandchildren all live in Springfield. The family is active in church and family events including riding ATVs and camping. He feels there is no substitute for the respect and fairness that Jack and Maetta Hill gives to both employees and customers. Richard says that "my years at J & M have been the greatest, I'm having a really good time".

Don McBee: ASE Technician
Don has been with J and M Complete Automotive since September, 1991. He is married to Vickie and is the father of 3 boys, Lee, Kenny and Jeff. He also has 4 grand daughters that live in Illinois. Don has been in the automotive service and repair field for the past 38 years. His career has included working for Roadway Trucking Company, Ford Motor Company in Memphis, TN and Iuka, MS; as well as, an independently owned facility in Arkansas. He was featured on the cover of Motor Service Magazine in 1973 and is an ASE certified technician. His motto has always been to "do it right the first time" and strives to maintain that in every aspect of his work. In his spare time he likes to fish and is very interested in woodworking. In all the years he has worked with Jack and Maetta, he has grown to appreciate them not only as sincere employers who care about their customers and employees, but as individuals he considers to be his friends as well.

David Chandler: ASE Technician
Dave was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. He has been married to Linda for 22 years and has one son, Josh. Dave started working in 1972 with Bob Endicott as a wrecker driver. Bob introduced Dave to mechanics and he has been doing it ever since. He worked for Bob until Bob sold his business and then followed Bob to Rex Rays Service Center where he worked for 5 years. Dave started with Jack and Maetta in June of 1990, left in 2000 to work for Powell's Automotive. After being away for 6 years Dave came back home to J and M where he considers himself lucky to be working with such good people. Dave has earned his ASE certification.

Andy Guinn: Technician
Andy was born in Stillwater, OK on November 8, 1977 and lived there until hi was 15 years old. He then moved to Louisiana were he completed his high school education at Doyle High School. As a boy he was fascinated with toos and the way things worked. His dad is a certified ASE technician and Andy gives him credit for a lot of his automotive knowledge. Andy enjoys working on cars and making them go fast. He has been repairing cars for over 14 years and is working on getting his ASE technician certification. He currently has his Missouri motor vehicle inspectors license.
Andy and his wife have three sons; Andy II - 6, Danny - 7 and Derek 13. They like to spend time camping, hunting, fishing and going to races. Andy says his time and J and M has been the best and he is looking forward to working many more years there.
